Channels vs Conversations in Zoho Cliq. What Is The Difference?

I know it is possible to add notes to CRM directly from Cliq on the Deals, Contacts, Leads and Accounts Modules. But how to add more modules options on zoho cliq that i can directly add notes to crm by that message? In my case, i need to add these notes on the Quotes module. Thank for the great content!

If you setup an IT-Support channel for employees to get support from the IT department, are all users in the channel notified and can see all conversations in that channel? So if I chat with IT-Support about an issue that I am having, do all the other people who are not a part of the conversation receive notifications and see the chat?

Hi Mosaic, While yes, everyone who has access to a channel can see all conversations in that channel, each user can customize their notification settings. Each user can select the profile picture in the top right - ‘Profile & Settings’ - ‘Notifications’ - ‘Desktop’, then check / uncheck the boxes as appropriate.
