I am choosing my kind thoughts. "-- my atttempt to share my thoughts was not very good maybe but I tried to show you some way .. I myself wish to be and can be more true to myself. My true self of light so to speak I have experienced things like instant improvents as well as going different ways just because of some shift in my body. My body I I mean my body of thoughts. As we have conscious thuoghts and then many more living on their own , we call them subconcious. It is important to realise that they feel a little independent and you can change them but need to look at them .. Not think them. Look at them. They can be compared to children. If you know how, the children will always follow you. But if you ignore their needs they will ignore you. Learning life is fantastic experience and normally you cannot do it wrong. Just try if you can .. not to harm too much. And you are part of everything so harming you is like harming anyone else. So try to help yourself as if you tried to help others. Or vice versa. Anyway I think you will know what is best. It is easy to write hese but talk to people is not easy. Not always.

GOD saved my life from a gun shot wound to the head when I was 23 yrs old. Although I lost the vision in my right eye I’m still thankful to be alive. This year my daughter turned 23 and she was the victim of a random shooting while visiting a friend in California. GOD also saved her life from a gun shot wound to her lungs. After two surgeries she is ok. This year was hard, but I’m so thankful to still have her here with me. As I listened to the music, I was able to release the hurt and pain through my tears.
