Chia seeds have Calories, so thats not true!! Healthy fats too, I add them to my oatmeal everyday. Just wanted people to be aware yes there are Calories. Also, Calories in butter too...needs to revise his titles of videos!!😊

More like ZERO-ish carbs, maybe? Chia has carbs but it's all fibers, so it's low-carb-diet friendly. Stick to some plain non-sweet almond milk (it too has some few calories) and the recipe looks like a variant of bulletproof coffee 👍

Chia also has 58 calories per tablespoon, mostly polyunsaturated fat. Not a bad thing, but the person posting shouldn't lie.

Пожалуй, кофе насыпали не чайную ложку на 240 мл воды, а столовую ложку. И даже этого мало на такой объём воды. В среднем на 100 мл берут 7-10 г кофе, в зависимости от того, какой насыщенности кофе предпочитают.

So it's shown incorrectly It's minimal carbs not zero calories - it has calories enough. Once the coffee is made - instant barista style is perfectly fine - whisk in the butter so it's then milk like THEN add the chia seeds mix. Disclaimer: people with bowel disease need to check if they can use chia seeds if they don't know already.

While the amount of milk and chia seed may not add substantial calories, claiming they have no calories might lead people to distrust what you have to say. Do better and be honest, not succumb to lowly clickbait tactics. 🙄

Da li ćeš staviti šećer u kafu ili ne bukvalno je nebitno što se tiče bilo kakvog mršavljenja.To su beznačajne količine... Količinu šećera treba gledati u stvarima koje jedemo svakodnevno,a koja je makar deset puta veća po obroku od te šoljice kafe.

Not true, I used to put tons of flavored creamer in my coffee added a lot of unnecessary sugar and fat. And it did make a big difference when I stopped!😊
