Made these for dinner last night. They were really good and filling. My husband kept saying how delicious they were. One recipe was enough to stuff us both. The stir fry I made to go with will be for another night. Thanks Megha! Keto for life

Made these today, but used ground chicken instead. They were delicious. Had to throw the "dough" back in the microwave a few times to cut the circles and roll out the leftover "dough" again. Also had a hard time getting the potstickers to seal, so I microwaved the circles for 10 seconds each before filling and folding into half moon dumplings.

Made these the other day and they were AMAZING!!! We made a sauce that was coconut aminos, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, crushed ginger, garlic powder and a touch of sriracha OH MAN SUPER DELICIOUS!!! wasn't a huge fan of the five spice or maybe I will use half the amount next time! We had leftovers and used our air fryer to reheat and it was perfect!

I made a 'ravioli' version by using ricotta cheese & spinach as the filling and using two circles to make the 'ravioli' - oh my god so good - so much like fried ravioli!

Megha, you don't need to get a proper rolling pin. Before keto, I never used a rolling pin despite baking a lot. You guys show how easy it is to be at optimal performance and health through keto without spending a fortune. It's realistic. How many people (students, moms, busy people) will have a rolling pin on hand? Thats why I love you guys. You make Keto so much easier!

I love this! They really do crisp up. The only suggestion I would make is, instead of the asian 5 spice, just look up authentic gyoza (japanese potstickers) recipe, and cook that version of the pork filling. That's the best!

I love you guys so much! I live in Beijing and started keto in May. Had a huge dumpling (饺子) habit before keto and am finding it hard to pass a dozen dumplings restaurants everyday. Plus my wife makes them a lot too. Gonna get making these today!!

Brilliant! I have done "Atkins" since the early 2000's. Since I gained weight again; I am back on. So its Keto now, but I am down! I love that you have all these recipes to keep me under 20 grams for a lot longer without deprivation. Thanks for your efforts!

Best rolling pin ever! Lol. My favorite thing is that you can actually eat these with chopsticks, just like real potstickers. Home run, guys! I’m thinking of doing a Keto party soon and I think these will be perfect appetizers!

Just bought some organic five spice...whoop whoop... cant wait to make these next week. Saw a cooking panda video with this exact cheese/egg mixture making into noodles! You can even boil it once chilled for a bit. I have not tried it myself maybe another video recipe idea or review for you two!

P.S. A good tip for budget cash-impaired people like me is to fold up those two sheets of parchment paper and put them in the freezer. Take them out next time you need to roll dough. I use mine a few times before I throw it out. Parchment Paper is kind of expensive where I am.

You can also buy a silicone baking mat that can be reused over and over again. They cost a little more upfront, but you don't need to buy parchment paper again.

I'd love to see you guys make pierogies for keto. I love them but can't have them at all and am trying to figure out a good way to make them keto friendly. Thinking maybe cauliflower mashed for the potatoes and the outside of the potsticker might actually work for pierogies I'll have to give it a try.

You can do the same dough and then use blueberries for filling! For the sweeter pierogis! Add some sweetener and top with cream after its cooked :)
