Nice job. I used some baltic birch scraps a few years back (before bb plywood prices skyrocketed) to batch out a bunch of inserts for my current saw. A ZCI is probably one the best upgrades someone can do to their saw. It'll be interesting to see how that miter fold works out for you. I've seen similar boxes made with a 90 degree v bit at the router table.

@@Woodcraftedworkshop I looked it up from Rockler and it's interesting how you can use it to build boxes or drawers from single panels or single sheets of plywood. A more advanced version of a joint made with a miter lock router bit. Not for me as a light hobbyist, but kinda cool if you have a production environment or some creative ideas/projects.
