Zero, The Restaurant Designed by Studio A+S at Surat, Gujrat, India

Conceptualised and delivered in 5 months flat, zero is a project close to our hearts at studio 4 and architecturefirm.
A dysfunctional car showroom to be tuned into a fine dine restaurant by using reclaimed material from a 100 year old house with he finished site not looking like a 'best out of waste project'- not everyday one gets to brag about it.
We were compelled by this challenge to look at problem solving from a lens we had not looked at from before.
This is the tale of how we went back to the drawing board and started from zero.
