I find height maps kinda useless for my applications but I really wanted to use the information contained in them and this videos was a lifesaver. Great stuff, thank you!

Doesn't substance painter convert height to normal every time you export with or without height to normal filter? I try to convert height information on the fly. So text engravings look sharper. But I have not found a good way.

If height is already stored to the normal channel by default, why should we use this filter height to normal?
