@@ZeroToFinals I know it's standard, but I don't think CRP should be used as the only indicator for inflammation. I have always had normal CRP, yet had bladder inflammation, joint pain, muscle pain, and sometimes bone pain for a couple of decades. It looks like I have a few type 4 sensitivities. One of which is nickel. It's in everything 😞. Specially plant based foods you would normally consider to be healthy Chocolate Nuts, Beans, Legumes, Oats Green leafy vegetables

It makes the immunity system way much more clear than I have ever known. Teachers usually just use PowerPoint and giving us hard terms to memorize and then ask students to visualize the process itself, which is mind-blowing and not an effective way of learning. I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disorder (TTP) last year. I've read a lot about it and understand most things about the disorder, but now I've started learning more about the immune system and trying to understand autoimmune issues better. This has to be one of the best or even the best video available summarising immunology. Acute phase reactants all serve as opsonins.. CRP and procalcitonin level measurements make way more sense now in an infection. Thanks a lot, dear Sir.
