That point you made on diets was spot on. One of the more successful strategies for loosing weight I found (actually here on youtube) is to cut out foods that you could easily give up. So for me it was soda and candy (things with too much sugar). That made a hell of a difference and I finally lost significant weight and kept it off. Basically start with what you can and make it a lifestyle as zero says.

I usually don't comment on these videos, but I really respect what you said about a lifestyle change Zero. Most people look at a diet and only use it for temporary means. The fact that you acknowledged this and are willing to make a sustainable change in your life is commendable. Here is a few Samus combos I learned! Down Throw-Forward Air-Forward Air-Neutral B (Or which ever move you like best!) (On heavy opponents w/platforms) Up Throw- Up Air- Up Air-Up Air-Up B! (Similar to that Mario combo!) Samus’s Up Tilt is also a decent combo starter! You can use her Down B as a mobility option and a recovery option, too! Even though I main Mario, I main Samus as a secondary! Hope this helps!

Charge shot is great, combos, does high damage, and can kill Snake grenades however, change the entirety of neutral, gives him a get out of combos free card, and nikita removes edgeguarding as a factor

Hey Pac-Man is not bad. To me, I find playing against Sonic (that’s if they are the type that loves to be predictable and constantly spams the spindash a lot) boring. Most of the time, I go against Sonic players that do that and I feel like that the match is not even worth it. Now don’t get me wrong. There’s some good Sonic players out there. But it’s the spammy ones that the game gives to me in both Quickplay and Battle Arenas more so than the ones that mix it up.

Man everytime I heard ZeRo speak, its hard to understand how this dude became inarguably a top 5 Smash Player of all time. As someone who has been involved in the FGC (Fighting Fame Community) proper for 20+ years most of ZeRo's opinions are extremely casual. Like EXTREMELY casual.
