Strong while being honest, but also having a retarded gimmick nets him a spot here 11 - ultimate bewear "HIS UPPERCUT COMES OUT FRAME 4" - alpharad (but for real having bewear uppercut on anyone would make them busted)

Melee Sheik invalidates half the roster and most people don't consider her top 4 in the game. I main'd Cloud in Smash 4 so I do have a small bit of "Rose tinted glasses" when it comes to the subject of him. I can say unlike most of the top tiers here like Meta Knight, Pikachu, Bayonetta, etc, he did have very clear, exploitable weaknesses. His recovery was godawful, not to mention exploitable thanks to its hitbox. Course, it's not like I'm saying he was bad.

Your description of Melee Fox was great. Some people fail to realize that one of the reasons people put up with Fox in Melee is because the character is actually fun to play as and against (unless maybe if you're a low tier main like me). These people will call the ditto boring cause it's just the same character fighting himself, but not see the bigger picture of the amount of work it takes to push that character to the limit, like how you described it as going to the gym, seeing improvements, and then being satisfied as you keep improving.

Meta knight isn't just broken. He takes no skill, his moves are broken (all of his airs, tornado, shuttle-loop,) he can literally can recover from anywhere, and he can exploit the game so hard.
