I think this is good that all jutsus are short, since its fun at first watching long anime sequences, but gets annoying after a while and really breaks flow. What would be really nice if they added finishers that could be long like ultimates from storm 1. And added some interesting conditions that are needed to perform a finisher like awakening mode and such.

Ninja storm 2 might be the least action in the ninja storm series in my opinion. Their ultimate jutsu's always short and less in action unlike the other ninja storm games. But, it's still good because they nailed the story mode for always having boss fights. Lol

I have never played any Naruto game, but I watch the series and I have to say even on this game my favorite characters look the coolest. Konan jutsu when she transform into angel form, looks really beautiful and it was very well animated. Same with Itachi jutsu Susano'o.

For most of the characters you do realise if you hold down the (B) Button for Xbox. You can do another jutsu? Such as minato if you hold B down for a normal attack he will do a different rasengan.

I'm actually really happy with this game, I do like the ultimate jutsu's and the wealth of characters in the game is pretty nice, one thing I've always loved about the storm series though is how fluent the fighting is, each character feels different and unique..it's a shame people overlook it because of no screen-filler Ultimates anymore.

@dlwill80 Storm 3 is my first buy and I'm enjoying it thoroughly. I've had NUN4, and I loved it, however storm 3 is a huge step forward. At first I was like ..these storm ultimates aren't as powerful as in NUN series, but I love them now, they are more realistic. (Storm 3 Story) - I don't like watching/playing beginning of naruto, i've seen the episodes many times. And since I don't read manga playing storm 3 is sort of like watching Naruto unreleased episodes.+ all the characters are strong.

I actually love these instead of the naruto storm 1 ultimate moves, this is a lot more fast paced and creates a nice flow in the battle, I just hope in the next game they do the same fighting style with the older games travel style, it would make the ultimate naruto game in my opinnion.....

I believe Kabuto is the best character in this game. He dominates as long as you know what you are doing with him. He is extremly powerful, but he is also slower than a lot of the characters.

@monkeyXmonkey Yeah, it's Lars Andersson. He was put into the game as an extra character. He is originally in Tekken 6 but the reason that he is in UNS2 is because Masashi Kishimoto designed that outfit for him into Tekken 6. Hope i helped.

Naruto's creator, Masashi Kishimoto, made the second costume for Lars in Tekken 6. So I guess they figure, put him in a Naruto game as a bonus! haha

Lars isn't a character from the Naruto anime. For example, Kratos isn't a character of the Mortal Kombat saga, but is a playable character in their newest game. Lars is from some other series in which I cannot recall. Devil May Cry, I believe, but I'm not sure...

Sai, konan, deidara + kabuki have awesome jutsus. Naruto, Tobi, Itachi have awesome awakenings. Shino has the slowest jutsu ever. Tsunade's awakening should have been creation rebirth/yin seal.

have to get 560,000 storm points (easy way to get them is go to free battle move the handicap in your favor, play as hinata and have another controller to play your opponent, and do her jutsu and then ultimate jutsu. when you win you should get around 10,000 points.) note: you must complete story first
