I enjoy your show very much. You bring to the table that is beyond many expert presentation. I may not afford all these outstanding or fancy restaurants in HK but seeing it and believe in it. I can tell you are much above middle class and much above average Joe education. Keep mouth watering to me.
I enjoy your video but the comments may be a bit lenient. For a Michelin two-star restaurant with self respect, the waiter should remind you that a full portion of oxtail was not a good idea for a table of two, especially after you had ordered so many other dishes.
Are u referring the one next to the hotel, not sure it is happy valley more like border of wan chai and causeway bay! I been away 40 yrs just from my memory.

@@robertng138Don't remember if it was right next to a hotel? It was located in the vicinity of Morrison Hill Road in Wanchai and the racecourse in Happy Valley. Nevertheless, there was a hotel at Morrison Hill Road. I was only a young kid back then.
Visited this restaurant and ordered almost the same dishes like steam egg with prawn, Har Gao, piggy skin with prawn paste, cheong fun. Firstly, the Apple appetizer is not for all guests and is not refillable. Har Gao and cheong fun are good as per described. Piggy skin is not delicious, too hard to chew, during my visit. The presentation, proportion of steam egg with prawn very small compare to yours. It was so so.. But they had good service, even they can remember your sir name. For those who wish to visit, remember to bring your camera or video recording devices in order to keep their standard
