个人觉得batu kawan 不错 适合小家庭容易打扫，最主要是附近屋子都是新的没有geli的感觉，而且township有规划。繁荣是早的问题，只要附近的工厂一直发展。

如果住槟岛 Jelutong Farlim gelugor 都是一些廉价屋 而且很难有升值的空间！只有Tangjung Tokong 有机会罢了 至于Batu Kawan肯定是下一个Mont Kiara。你要知道槟城之所以能起来 就是因为工业区 不是旅游业！ 很多槟城人很无知 一直以为旅游业带动整个槟城突围。 我只能说 工业第一 旅游业第二！ 根据这样的逻辑去购买房屋 你还会觉得Batu Kawan不能买？真的不要来丢人现眼。 现在整个槟城Batu Kawan是最大的工业区 自然而然人流也会越来越多 租金ROI肯定很香！ Batu Kawan 我看好你！
