Hey can it be used as gyoza wrapper? Can you please make gyoza wraper ?

@seesaw8073 The final product cannot be used as a jiaozi/dumpling wrapper because it is already cooked and will not stick to seal the fillings. It's kind of like asking if you can use cooked lasagna sheets to make ravioli. However, jiaozi wrappers are not too different to this recipe: to make jiaozi/dumpling wrappers, simply make dough like she did before washing it, land rest it for about 20 minutes to an hour, then you can separate the dough into "ropes" and chop off a small piece to roll out flat with a rolling pin. There are a lot of recipes for jiaozi wrappers, just look for jiaozi or Chinese dumpling wrapper recipes, or for authentic ones, search for "饺子皮做法".
