yahoo知恵袋でこの曲名が例に出された質問があったのですが、「ダークウェーブ」や「ゴシックロック」などというらしいですよ。 「インダストリアル」や「ポストパンク」といったジャンルに分類されることもあるようです。 とりあえずダークウェーブが一番近いと思います。

@@valk5041 End Sky II implies that Ayana is imagining the events of Subahibi and that she's ''everyone''. She's most likely mentally ill imagining the events of the story in a hospital, this is further hinted at by the creepy amusement park ride Yuki and Zakuro go on at the end of DTRH1, where all the real-life images are, with a hospital bed being the last one they see called ''The Final Abode''. and as OP pointed out the heart-rate monitor in this ending also supports this. I'd suggest looking up ''Subahibi Ayana Analysis'' if you want to know more. (Peak Erika pfp btw)

@@thecapedcolonel8035 thanks for replying, i just read the whole schizophrenia patient ayana theory a while ago and man my whole perspective about everything about this story just changed. I thought DTRH I was the weakest chapter but now I think it's become my favourite one. Just thinking about the whole spirit room sequence is sending chills down my spine 😭

I think the visuals in the ending represent the world Ayana created in her mind. I bet all her mysterious ideas and stories shown in the innerworld were created through her experiences before she became schizophrenic. If she wakes up Ayana protects herself imagining shes at school on the rooftop with Miu. But what would happen if she wakes up from the rooftop on the hospital bed? What would happen if we wake up from our dream? What is the limit of your world? Spirit room. Masterpiece.

Such a trippy story, but liked it nonetheless. Makes people feel there are so many parts of a single event. Tomosane shouldn't have ever experienced all of this, nor his sister, but this is what happened. Also the "bad" endings are the actual true ones that bring the reader to a state more of a reality, which is what this end credit song is all about. Ayana's madness to cause all these worlds to form is what the story is about, and how she copes with her own reality to make fake realities in other characters. Such a sad and touching ending if you think of it this way.

There's always playing the ending of Tsui no Sora, although it's broadly speaking quite similar to 終ノ空II in Subahibi- and Ayana is still largely a mystery regardless. Not sure what you mean by Zakuro not being 'any way relevant to the main plot'- she was the catalyst for the main events in the plot! Was it more that you hoped that there was something special about her (sort of like Ayana) after how she was portrayed in rabbit hole / my own invention?

Congratulations you figured Ayana out. Guess they did give enough clues after all didn't they? >>Her chapter didn't add anything apart from "lol bullying" and foreshadowing for Tomosane's chapter. It could have been cut off and replaced with almost anything else. Wrong. The bullying justifies Mamiya's actions. When she's on her way to jump off the roof Ayana shows up and tells her that if she doesn't turn back now, dozens of people will die. What'd you do ctrl her entire arc?

DaPsykopaatti, you obviously didn't play carefully if you didn't understand how important of a character Zakuro is. Calling a character whose death triggers most of the events in the game not relevant is nothing short of ignorant. If you couldn't figure out Otonashi Ayana you're just dense. Did you even play Zakuro's good ending? That route makes it pretty clear what Ayana is and Zakuro's relevance to the plot. Next time you should just stick to a nukige, something easier for you to understand.
