Thanks Ken. ur info very insightful. Can u demonstrate touching a basketball rim in one of your future video ? Ive been doing deep squat in the past to increase my vertical jump, but forced to stop due to injury at the back from the deep squat, if have seen this video before then.....too many false gurus out there.
