Olive oil, walnut oil, fish oil, perilla oil, sesame oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, flaxseed oil, as long as cold pressed could all be considered good and consumable. There is no best. No need to go extreme. Coconut has both saturated and unsaturated oil. FYI, It is used by doctor to cue brain stroke.
