doing these rotations a few times is actually quite the workout hahaha. I can feel it start to burn and I love it. I love the point you made about the body rotating to have your arm reach the hightest point without reaching too high with your shoulder as that is something ive been doing for ever with my tennis serve and what all pros do aswell

Had a frozen shoulder right side for 18 months a few years back that was no go on reaching back. Now on my left so just about vertical at 11 o’clock and at 9 o’clock but can’t go straighter or higher. Nothing worse than that build up of pain when you push it to far when like this. I’ve had a trapped nerve L4 which as made me over compensate to the left. Thank goodness it’s being cut away in a few weeks. Thanks for this.

i had so much pain after a cricket game. wasn't able to move my shoulder. pain magically reduced with trying to do this for 10min. although this is not an exercise, not sure what fell in place but it was amazing. thank you so much

Thanks. I play cricket and I'm a pace bowler. I seemed to have had a niggle in my right arm close just above the bicep. But your exercise routine has certainly helped me feel some relief. Cheers!

@@akifm6160 not a rare occurrence and definitely one to take seriously, the amount of force one can put through their shoulder and back whilst bowling a leather ball 70/80+ mph can be extremely high.

Movements between 5:50 to 6:00 on the video can dislocate your shoulder, especially if you already have a Bankart Lesion or Hillsachs Lesion... discretion may please be advised.

So I only have pain and it’s Exactley Where you keep taping the shoulder on the release of the ball or punch or wiping motions and it’s like a shooting pain and it kinda goes away after a few minute but I can’t throw and I don’t feel uncomfortable any other time on any stretches movement or exercises

Same bro but here when i throw the ball the injury is much serious every time and after that i cant even pull my arm or move ny arm for almost 3 to 4 weeks and now i feel always that my right shoulder is weak so i left cricket and any other activity that causes this pain

I will try this from tomorrow. And i have shoulder pain since 8 years. And I'm a volleyball player. I stopped attacking because of my shoulder pain and missed many chances in tournaments 😭😭

0:34 all the sports you mentioned are a joke compared to the stress caused in the shoulder through cricket bowling. Its just the start of the cricket season here in the UK and my shoulder is already hurting like hell.. so hoping to find some relief through your exercises.

I recently joined in shot put sport in my school. I'm fat so the past 2 days went great I threw at the high but on the 3rd day I mean today my shoulder hurts so much, the ball was 8kg and soon we have to throw 10kg. How can I get rid of this shoulder pain? I don't want this pain to be the cause of me losing:(

They are likely worth trying, but impossible to say definitely online. If you try them, make sure to go slowly and run them by your healthcare team. Good luck!

I play volleyball and my shoulder hurts after serving and spiking, upper back muscles too, is it strenght that I lack? Shoulder pain doesn't seem to be a muscle problem, however the back probably is

@@mmmm...561 Finished highschool and I now don't play volley much, but when I do my shoulders don't hurt at all, I have pain in lower back after landing from jumps tho, not all the time but it's there

Please reply so my shoulder cracks and there is a pain every time I extend it upwards and I have pain when spiking. Every time I extend my hand upwards it makes a crack sound and I feel pain in my shoulder. What should I do to stop the cracks and pain

A lot of throwing issues are technical. If you are only getting pain while bowling, first have your technique evaluated by a good coach. From there, you can certainly test some of the exercises and approaches to see what you find helpful. Best of luck!

I am a badminton player. One day, while playing, all of a sudden my shoulder started hurting. I think this is because I attended one shot inappropriately. Thereafter i am unable to generate power for smashing and hitting because that creates too much pain in shoulder area. All other shoulder movements are normal without pain. Could you Please advise 🙏🏿

Sorry to hear that, but it might be an important thing to think about because there are MANY causes of shoulder pain that do not come from the shoulder itself. This is why we try to always take a full-body approach to dealing with pain issues. Highly recommend that you consult with a professional who can do more than evaluate the shoulder to see if you can come up with a solution.
