I’ve got spondylitis in my neck and I came across a video the other day in which the advice was not to stretch the neck by bending the head to the side. I worked through your exercises but was unsure whether to do the ones which involved bending the head to the side. I would value your opinion, thanks as the other exercises did feel good 😊

This video is AMAZING. I will check back to see if you add something for low back pain. I also (like one of the others who left a comment ) have spondy and bad low back arthritis which are the two worst issues with my low back!

Absolutely incredible, I've been strugling with upper back pain for around 5 years, I tried a lot of things and spent a lot of money but pain always comes back. That first strengthening exercise absolutely worked wonders for me, I've had tension headaches for years and now they're gone, it's such a relief. It's been less than a week I've been doing these and it's already a life changer. Thank you.

The pain described in your video is EXACTLY the pain I am experiencing in my neck and shoulders. Beginning today I will be start these exercises. Incidentally the pain I am experiencing may be archery related. I do shot a lot of arrows using a 40 lb. recurve bow. I have never experienced this pain before BUT I have never been this old (79) before! LOL! I will let you know how these exercises help. Thank you for the video.

Man I followed along as I was watching the first two exercise gave me instant relief, this will now be part of my daily exercises. At 66 and being a carpet cleaner I still do the work of a 30 year old guy, but I am now getting pains, they are now gone, but I know that it must be done every day with all my other exercises to keep it that way. Cheers buddy you are a life saver.

First time mom, baby is 20 pounds at 6 month and ob told me that my random aches and pains are probably from lugging a baby around in various ways. I thought i was broken, but just need to start stretching and exercising more to help with this new stage of life. Thanks for the vids! Came here from one of your older videos with similar stretches.

Old mom here. Lol. My problems started in my first pregnancy. I'm 53 now and have massive issues with my deep core and pelvic floor. Dr. Rowe is incredible, but 3 out of 4 women have pelvic floor issues. Dr Melissa Oleson here on KZbin has incredible videos. Check her out. Excellent - am in rehab for a proximal fracture of the humeras (in week 10)and often get a lot of tension in these muscles. Got a lot more mobility now!! THANK YOU! 👏👏👏👏Wonderful!

I have been repeatedly pulling something in my inner scapula for 2 decades now. I've always assumed its a weak rhomboid. I got a rowing machine and started doing very light weights lateral raises, front raises, planks etc just trying to strengthen my shoulder because I had this constant clicking popping in my shoulder down into my scapula. Even though I was using 5 lb weights and doing the SLOWEST reps possible I'm talking 20 second lateral raises just trying to be as careful as possible I wake up the next day with the exact same pain I had when I tore my labrum, spams down my inner scapula and a pressure in the front part of my shoulder, as well as fluid around the acromium. I've been doing this as well as some other exercises from your videos and immediately the trouble areas/weak areas are obvious. I'll edit this when I'm all healed up to confirm how effective this is.
