thank you for this. it was exactly what I was looking for this morning. I did the straight arm on my tight shoulder blade and I can feel the magic happening. I'm excited to continue this.

This is really helpful.I had a shoulder impingement and it was bad.but this exercise worked like magic for me.

I've suffered with my shoulders for years especially my left I get a lot of neck aches. While I do these exercises the down and forward motion my shoulder sounds gritty and as if it's ripping I have a lot of weakness there too, I'm hoping that this will help over the next few months and strengthen the area, thanks

This is great, I feel this working my scapula muscles in new ways without causing pain. I have a question if you don't mind. How often throughout the day can I do this motion first starting out? Thank you,

This is actually helping. I felt pain above the rhomboid. But I don't understand how can something like a strengthening exercise help decrease the pain somewhere else??? Can you explain it?

Because one part of your body can be tight or weak and that is affecting the part that is hurting

i have been following your channel for a while. Great channel very informative. I have been having shoulder pain. I think i will work on my form even more on the gym and work on what you showed on the video. I hope it helps. That ending though, very funny hahaha :D

After performing this exercise I cannot lift my arm.... now I have to get MRI and seek doctor's help.

You can not tell, after doing this exercise that happened. You may be had a serious injury before
