Hi, Were you guys students of Mike Martello? I've been a big fan of Mike's martial arts since back in the early 2000s. If you are, I wanted to ask you about whether Mike trained a lot of Zhan Zhuang, or standing postures. Did he practice or teach low standing postures where the knees went past the toes? Thanks.

Hi, yes I was a student of Mike and still are.He did teach Zhan Zhuang a lot but in high Position only. The Low position is called Bashi ;) Stance Training.

@@JochenWolf Thank you for replying. If you don't mind me asking How long would he hold the Zhan Zhunag postures for? And how low would he hold the Bashi positions for? Also, I saw in one of Mike's videos that he did pushups, but recommended not doing pushups at the beginning of training. Would he generally have you do pushups during the warmups before forms training, or after all the training was complete? Thanks
