vortex isnt working for me..and yes ive updated the firm ware and everything.. my motor is on medium ( i have a 5dmark3 with a 50mm lens) it doesnt complete the circle.. it goes half ways and gives up.lol

Hey... Trying to connect my zhiyun crane 2 to my Nikon z6ii. Got a wire, updated the firmware but it doesn't show the camera icon... Literally unresponsive to the Nikon. Any help on this? I know on my Sony i had to enable remote setting. How do i do that on my Nikon? Thanks

I've been trying to figure out the vortex mode on my gimbal for about an hour now and it still wont do a full 360. I updated everything and i have the "V" mode on my crane 2 but when i go to do the vortex it wont roll all the way. When i keep the gimbal straight up it does the full 360 very slowly but when I put the cran horizontal it doesn't do the roll it makes it maybe 45 degrees and then gives up... Please any help would be amazing

Hey Garrison, sorry you're having problems with the Crane. Have you balanced the camera properly? It might not roll all the way if it isn't balanced

Appreciate the support! There's only one speed to it unfortunately. You have to speed ramp in order to make the footage spin faster

They should have included in the update a fine tune adjustment for the Pan axis! Why a fine adjustment for tilt and roll but no pan? My gimbals pan axis is off by about a centimeter and nothing I do fixes this issue 🙇🏻‍♂️

Is the EOS R supported yet on the crane 2? I’ve been using an 80D on the crane 2 and love it! But I just upgraded to the EOS R. I figured I just need an adapter for usb c from camera

Yep! Everything on the R is supported by the Crane 2. I've been using it as my main wedding gimbal these past few months!

Gimbal updateto some extentd fine.....but now gimbal won't connect by bluetooth to phone or tab......but will still connect to remote control by bluetooth.

@@Nqrgaard Once you connect your camera to the gimbal using the right cable, you'll be able to use the interface on the Crane 2 to control it. Make sure that you've updated your camera and the gimbal to their latest firmwares

You need to triple tap to go into POV mode and then triple tap once more to go into Vortex mode

Damn man, sorry this is happening. What happens if you're on the Pan Follow Mode just push the pan axis towards the center? Will it go back to being 1 cm off?

Alexander J. Cheung exactly ! It doesn’t drift in lock mode, just follow mode and PF mode. It’s so odd because in the “Angle” table you can fine tune and adjust the exact degree of the motor, but There’s no pan tab?? I find that odd

I have the same problem as yours. When turned on, the stabilizer will fail. Have you been able to solve this problem?
