Hey Marcel. Thank you for everything that you do. There's a problem I am facing. When i press the auto calibrate feature, the gimbal does a few things and vibrates and then never stops vibrating. I changed the motor to high because I am using a heavy camera, the gimbal is just vibrating now each time i put it on. What should I do? Thank you so much

just sell the gimbal bro. i used this gimbal for 3 years it is very strong but the quality and support is very bad, I had to change my USB board because it fried for no reason, then last month my tilt motor board got damaged again all of a sudden. and now when I finally got it back after repair its vibrating like carzy all because I accidently hit the auto calibrate.

Do you have to do this every time you remove the camera for stills. Say at a wedding using the same camera will you have to balance everything again to begin shooting the video. just thinking about preparation time

Hi. Does anyone know what the blinking orange LED inside the "USB-C Camera Control" and "Focus/Zoom Control" connectors on the Crane 2S means? I have seen that it flashes at different speeds, depending on the way we use the Crane 2S, be it PF, POV, etc... but it is a light that is hardly visible, since it is very dim, and also, It's inside the connectors.

The auto motor calibration doesnt work. It just makes the axis lock and grind the motor

Just got the Crane 2S. I have a Nikon D810 - and I simply can't get the camera control to function properly. The LV (on gimbal) doesn't put the camera into LV mode and the gimbal can't figure out when I have the camera in video mode - hence the video trigger simply doesn't function. Another annoying thing is, I simply can't set the ISO (even when I should be able to). I have upgraded to the latest firmware - so what am I doing wrong?

Omg i just saw wait he has sigma 18-35 and he uses e - focus , maybe just maybe it works with mine as well,and woholaa - IT WORKS , until i get real focus , this is awesome ( its really fast tho but i cant complain )

Great video!! I get this gimbal but when i film for a long period of time the gimbal is never perfectly stable, footages seems to be a little shaky. (is perfeclty balance) Any settings to make it smoother on the movements and more stable? Thanks!

hi, depends sometimes also on the type of shot, different modes work for different scenarios better or worse. For that I soon will upload a tutorial on it. But generally speaking, you could increase the smoothness a bit and also check one more time your cam package if it has lens support on.

hi for that you can go to their website and check their compatibility list. There you can find an exact list which shows which features are available. I personally haven't used the bmpcc with the controls on this gimbal. So can't say for sure

yes, you can def balance it on there, and access start/stop recording, but can't change aperture, iso, shutter and WB from the gimbal itself
