I have been watching so many videos on this gimbal and maybe mine is defective, but I get drift like one motor is not working. It will not return to center or starts panning on its own very slowly. It is balanced and calibrated. So many others seem to have no problem but this one is crap. Going back tot he glide cam

Hello there :) Thank you for the comment. Sorry to hear you're having issues with yours, I would guess that it is defective. I can't say that i've experienced an issue with ours. I would definitely get it returned for either a refund or replacement.

It weighs almost a pound excluding the weight of the camera. How long can you hold it without getting muscle fatigue? If you are videoing a speech that lasts for 30 minutes or longer it could be a problem holding it that long. There's usually not room for a tripod at say a news conference. Maybe a monopod (if they're not illegal)? Is there a belt brace or a shoulder brace you can get for it?

You will struggle to film a speech for 30mins unless you're like He-Man as your arms will be killing. You can get arms which attach to it so you can change the way you hold it which will be much better on the arms. Unless you want to save on gym membership then this could double up as a training partner. I've not seen a brace yet for it although they may exist. There's definitely handle bars for it though.

Hello buddy, sorry to hear you're having issues. Just double check that all your axis are unlocked. I've done this a few times and one of them has sneakily been locked and that caused the error for me.

how do you connect the camera to the zhyiun crane 2s? my camera is charging for the gimbal but it's not connected to it fully because when i press the record button it's not doing it!

Hello there AllPink. Just double check that your camera is supported with the Gimbal, i'm pretty sure i put a link in the description with a list of all the compatible cameras. You should be able to go into the options on the gimbal and select your brand camera and it should work. Why camera do you have?

@@awillingvessel238 Hello Allpink :) When i load up the Y Play App, i swipe across on the screen so that it selects the Crane 2S because the first screen i see is for a "smooth-Q2" which is not the one we want. Once i select the Crane 2S, click on connect now. This scans for the Crane and detects it and i press enter now and it's connected. Just make sure your Crane is powered on and make sure you're bluetooth is on. Just double check that your bluetooth is not automatically connecting to something else like wireless earphones and this could cause an issue.
