Hi im soon going to buy GOPRO hero 8 camera. And the same grip. Will i still need to buy any adaptors or anything to connect the camera on this handheld grip? And also is this the best stabiliser grips in the market for the gopro 8 ? So many out there dont no what to get.. But most grips are older models. Usually i be using it with the new Hero 8 camera. Not so much smart phones. But i want one tha is comfortable to hold on to to do live streaming youtube when on holidays and need good grip stabiliser. But dont forget there are older models out there that just might not be as good as this? you know up and down left and right buttons functionality and so on.

I’d love to know about the app that goes along with this when using an iPhone, how effective it is compare to say Moza or Feiyutech, I’m looking for a gimbal to use with my iPhone 12 Pro Max, with lenses and filters, (no cameras) so either the Mini p, M2, or G6 Max gimbals, but no one talks about the apps when used with a phone. When you use your Iphone with this gimbal and connect them with each other through the app, the film quality decreases, which is a shame. It's like filming with snapchat, the quality also decreases compaired to as if you would just film with your smartphone camera directly. And how about a light mirrorless camera? You cannot even connect it to the gimbal. So you cannot use the record or zoom buttons on the gimbal... Is this the way it should be or am I missing something? Comments on this are very welcome

Many iPhones have a problem with Gimbals because of how the optical stabilizer is implemented and can't be turned off. Using Filmic does NOT turn it off, even though a number of people think it does. The problem has been discussed hundreds of times here on KZbin and elsewhere. I see the exact same problem in the iPhone 8 Plus clips in this video. The 2x zoom is not stabilized and should produce smoother video when walking. That limits the usage though.

I have crane m2 and I bought it from 10 months ago and it’s stopped working suddenly, without any scratching or dropping it , after I contacted zhiyun and because I’m living in Egypt, they said me that their Egyptian agent can fixing it on my cost, or I can send it to their repair center in German and shipping fees on my cost too even the gimbal in warranty period, I’m very disappointed ☹️ and I waiting now the report from their Egyptian agent

Yes, very obvious. It's usually an iPhone + gimbal problem. Discussed many times here on KZbin and elsewhere. The earlier iPhones that did not have optical stabilization were fine.

@@pavelosipov1394 It might work a bit better with the iPhones, but the same problem has been reported with a variety of gimbals and iPhones. They work fine when panning or tilting on the gimbal, but not when you start walking or running. This video explains it well. He references the iPhone 7 Plus but newer iPhones are affected also and there have been quite a few videos posted on it with examples of the same issue. The only solution that actually works is explained in this video and some others. But it's certainly not a good solution in my opinion. Magnets. The videos look terrible any time there is enough micro vibration as explained in the video linked in my other reply to you. I've seen it first hand like many other people. As You, yourself mention in your video. You would be the first to offer a list which Lenses still work with a 6500, of course, because you testedit out yourself.
