Most of the clues like Guili Plains being named after two gods, God of Dust (Guizhong) and Rex Lapis (aka Zhongli), the Geo Archon statue matches his banner art, he adheres strictly to contracts (which Rex Lapis is the God of Contracts), a friend from Monstadt that brings him dandelion wine (Venti's favorite is dandelion wine), he has bad money management (just like Venti) because why do gods need to care about material things like money

Zhongli's leaked gameplay shows him using a polearm and dropping a huge coffin-like pillar from the sky. Rex Lapis's dragon-like dead body is called an Exuvia, a term for the "the cast-off outer skin of an arthropod after a moult" like how snakes shed their skins or crabs shed exoskeletons periodically. Heavily implying Rex Lapis is not dead. CN players already call Zhongli the god of geo forum posts. This is kinda spoilers though lol
