Not really. Everybody wants him to be killed by AFO, or something. But they don't realize that all might has alot of enemies. Alot of them have escaped, and all might can't fight them now. Litterally anyone could come and kill him, not much he can do.

Narratively speaking, the death of a mentor is a heavy hit for the protagonist, like Jiraya in Naruto for example, his death motivated Naruto to become stronger, and made his conflict with Pain more interesting. All Might dying right here to a random grenade wouldn't enhance the story at all and the only thing it would accomplish is deepen Deku's depression, which would be good, but it could be done way better. Imo, Shigaraki should kill All Might while he tries to save him, thus making Deku's choice to save Shigaraki even harder, since not only did his mentor attempt to do so and failed, but he was also killed by the one he's trying to save.

Lol unless the Grenade has a quirk, it might as well be a water balloon. Also, he doesn't have the "embers" of one for all anymore, but he can still go into muscle form for like maybe a few seconds just because he probably still has a very tiny bit left, or there's an imprint, they never really explain it. However, he does go into muscular form a few more times after he defeats all for one, and he explains that there are still.. i'm paraphrasing, but maybe he said something like "smolders" or something like that. Toshinori is quirkless, so his One For All was just him strutting like a wrestler. His trademark poses, and usage of flexion akin to a bodybuilder is indication of this. At a baseline level, his "quirk" isn't very impressive on its own. If he were stocked as maybe the second holder, he'd be very weak. That being said, it's not an unimaginable stretch to say that he could have flexed out of tension, activated what small "smolders" of ofa were left, and it saved his ass at least enough to not keel completely.

yeh i agree i think the reason is cause ever since deku has left and we started this new arc we’ve had a bunch of mini time jumps so i think horikoshi keeps trying to reemphasize that some time has passed and they still dont know but im glad things turned around and deku finally encountered a villain who can lead him to some clues also i think its definetley been around a week to maybe a few weeks or more since deku left in april so the time pacing is interesting

Her Quirk could be like you said, the Baby 5 ability from OP where she turns her body into different weapons. Maybe the arm glowing is part of the transformation process that reverts her body back to normal. In 297 we see her open the door from Overhauls perspective which may have been the implication that there was more to her Quirk than just the glowing energy. Otherwise AFO might’ve given her something new. Either way, I’m glad she’s back in the story as I’ve been very curious about her.

"What is this?" It's the coolest thing I've ever seen in my life. I don't really know how she can be so accurate with that thing given that she effectively has to give up the use of her arm from the elbow down to bring it out -- but it's so elegant and bizarre at the same time that I haven't felt this way about a character just at first sight since Mirko. Her theme seems to be that of some kind of supersoldier, so her quirk isn't likely to be something like overhauls where he has magician-like control over his surroundings, but give more the sense that she's a living weapon. Drawing parallels to Overhaul is a reach, and if she's a mercenary then she may just be there because Overhaul promised to pay her and not even know him.

One time, I read a fanfic of my hero academia. The added Character had a quirk like the woman’s. He could absorb technology into his body and make it appear from his limbs. Like he could absorb speakers and they could grow out his shoulders so he could project his voice louder. Or he could absorb other heroes equipment like mei’s jet pack so he can fly. Or gauntlets to increase his punching power and defense. But due to how she looks and her weapons, she seems to be more elegant and flexible. so probably not a brawler like the character from the fan fic. Either way, she would definitely put up a hell of a fight. Also, due to her being locked in Tartarus she was definitely very dangerous. You are probably right, she seems like a merc.

simple guess is that her power is electromagnetism by touch contact which allowed her to force the locked doors open. Overhaul used his quirk to give her a gauss rifle arm which means its always touching her and basically her power can create a magnetically propelled shot. Overhaul's quirk has found a new way to work due to his missing arms as it has been mentioned that quirks can mutate when they can't manifest properly. Overhaul himself hasn't remade his arms because that would give him away and plus he's probably thinking of replacing his arms with shigiraki's arms as payback and also receive his powers in the process.

Ok, so I have 3 theories on why Overhaul is there with the new escapee from Tartarus. 1: For some reason, this lady took a liking to him, need for his quirk, and agreed to help him steal Deku and deliver him to All For One, who promised Overhaul’s arms in return. 2: Similar to above, but they just want Deku so they can find the location of Eri, so he can get his arms back via her Rewind. (My guess is, that she MAY be Eri’s mother) 3: Overhaul found out his boss from the Hassaikai died and has pretty much given up, and this lady is just using him for her quirk being reliant on other people.

I thought I read somewhere that Overhaul had learned how to use his quirk through his feet. And I think that the lady’s arm rifle is Overhaul using his quirk to make that. Maybe one of the restrictions for his new use of the quirk is that he hasn’t figured out how to use it on himself just yet. He’s still learning to walk so to speak.

That data book has never been officially translated, the best translation available is "He received medical care but afterwards his reconstruction quirk was scattered" His quirk factors are his arms so he needs them to activate his quirk.

Pretty sure overhaul wouldn’t be following the group/man that took both his arms. I think he’s gonna turn face, and hopefully get his arms back from Eri. When overhaul was released the look of concern on his face as he was thinking of the yakuza boss that he left comatose, he’s changed.

I don’t believe All Might is dead, refer back to when he caught Hatsume’s drone, in skinny form ( *after* losing OFA), thanks to his quick reflexes. I am confident All Might somehow jumped or ejected himself out of the vehicle as soon as he saw the grenade. If he dies from something like this it wouldn’t even match up with Night Eye’s prophecy like Zhoniin said.

@@leonardosilva3852 I have a theory that Deku's dad, Hisashi Midoriya is actually a half dragon humanoid due to mutant type appearance side effects that goes with his Quirk, Fire Breath. I think the reason Hisashi left is because he feared that as long as he kept living in Japan, he might cause more people including his son to fear his appearance. He also found an opportunity to work at a lowly-populated area with a group of pro heroes with Quirks that make them appear either too big, scary-looking, or dangerous to be around more average pedestrians.

I highly doubt that, cause wouldn’t Momo know or even mention it, people thought the second was Bakugo or his ancestor and that answer is still up in the air, but we know now that it’s not Bakugo which is good. We have no proof of anything other than the certain chapters that follow certain chain of events revolving around the characters.
