Formerly known as One Prawn Co, this outdoor eatery serves up hearty broths (but pls make sure you aren't allergic to prawns!)
They claim to boil the soups for 23hours a day, with 18kg of prawn heads! You can definitely taste the shrimpy head and the sweetness and gelatinous texture that comes with it.
This is our second time trying it, and we felt it was more of a 'miss' - not sure if the reason was after rebranding or not. But besides the broths, the other parts were quite one-dimensional/bland. We tried most of the menu since they don't offer much as they specialize in prawn noodles.
Either way, really hope you guys have a chance to give it a try!
