I made this last night but added a chilli and some chopped up mushrooms and water chestnuts as they needed using up. It was delicious.

Asian food has always been one of my favourites and myself and my other half go to a Japanese restaurant fairly regularly. I try and cook Chinese food at home and looking for a recipe is how I found your channel a few months ago. I love the relationship you both have and your natural style in the videos and great food and tips. Both of you make me smile. When I have some spare cash I will definitely be ordering off your website. Keep up the great work. I love the fact that you also do traditional Chinese food too. Big respect to you both

@@ZiangsFoodWorkshop Thanks, I saw your link when I loaded another video to watch. We don't have MSG at the moment so I use a little onion powder which is probably nothing like msg but it still adds a nice savoury flavour. I've tried your egg fried rice as well and it's awesome (same way, onion powder instead of msg)

You guys are doing such a service to Brits everywhere. You have no idea how long I’ve tried to figure out what my local Chinese is doing. Can u do salt and pepper squid and how to make chilli oil? Love the videos :)

This looks pretty simple to make, but it also looks absolutely lush. I will have to make it when my kitchen is up and running again (it's due to be ripped out and refitted any day now). By the way, you look like the absolute boss in those black chef's whites (I suppose that's what you'd call the outfit). Top video.

Olive oil is OK just don't use extra virgin that's the one that smokes and tastes if you cook with it ;) use one for cooking, there's a few different types ;)
