Bought on Sep 2017, it's already been 5 years and 5 months..clocked 50k+ kms.. No major issue till date, engine is still super fine.. Mileage wise outstanding.. rode every type of roads.. Be it city, highway or hills or most remote offroads.. I must say FZ25 is such a special machine...still running superb smoothly after all these years. Yamaha is best for a reason in performance. YES YAMAHA!!!

Is it true that our govt. is making ABS mandatory from april 2019 for all new bikes & old ones above 150cc. ? This will make sure that we can later install ABS in this bike.

Took a test ride, booked it. The lower end torque and engine refinement shatters the specification mentioned, Yamaha a true master and once again showed their capabilities. Kartikeya missed you buddy now subscribed to Zigwheels, one of the best reviewer in the country.

Great review of FZ25. Very detailed video. Well I'm a FZ25 owner. I love to ride it everyday and anyday (sunny, rainy, off-road,on-road etc.etc. It goes very smooth which gives me a pleasant smile 😁. Only thing i miss is 6th Gears. Although Yamaha had tuned it better in each and every it's gear. (No need to constantly gear change). And good to hear ZIGWHEELS Narrator saying correctly, " YAMAHA " as " YAMAHA ". 😅 Which almost 80% or 90% typical Indian people used to say, " YAMAHA " as " YAMA ". Which sounds so peculiar and funny. 🤣. Next time try to pay attention to any Indian bike review channels on KZbin.

I bought this bike last week and i am absolutely happy with the perfomance.But there is some problem.First the gears are very hard, if feals lots of pain on my foot in shifting the gear. Second thing is that i observed some oil leakage from the oil cooler pipe and from some parts of the engine as well. Hope yamaha will solve this problem.

+Rj Rao There are no plans for now but Yamaha will have to equip the FZ25 with ABS before April 2018 in keeping with the Ministry of Road Transport and highways directive to make ABS compulsory on bigger bikes by April 2018.

I am so used to seeing you and Renuka on Autocar that it took me a bit to realize what was actually going on. But things added up upon seeing Sherman on Autocar India. Good luck with your endeavours, and hope you have fun and success at ZigWheels too. I am looking for an upgrade from my 2009 Fazer (the carb version), and I am considering the Dominar as well. I am a commuter and don't really seek the KTM levels of power. However, I am slightly short, at 5'6", and am wondering if Dominar is a little too tall at 800mm considering it is wide too (I had no issues with riding the Classic 350 which is just as tall but with a narrower saddle). Your two cents on this? Also, can we expect the same level of quality and longevity from the newer Bajaj bikes now that we have KTM derived engines? And P.S.: ZigWheels just got itself a new subscriber.

Woooo...Great.. Awesome....Mind Blowing Looks...... What can i say more about this Bike.. It's a really Great and simple to say it's a bike i am waiting for after Yahama RX, Bajaj Pulsar 1st version and Yamaha FZ series Long back they ruled the roads in India..It's a Really Awesome Bike around 200 -300 cc that i ever seen recently. It's muscular look i.e of mainly petrol tank, it's one of few bikes in India came out with full LED headlamps.Its Exhaust note really sounds good,seat position and for normal & decent height of guy like me around 5 8'',it's a perfect to ride in cities.Only few bike came before to fulfill needs in city conditions or only concentrated for racing purpose,But now Yamaha Came out a really a great, Awesome bike for metro cities like Bangalore where Traffic is so hectic and also for occasional long drives at weekends too.. It's a perfect bike for working professionals,students who are traveling 30-60 kms updown travel in a day. As this bike gives more power,control,performance to cruise in traffic, less weight to coo-up with and mainly the "MILEAGE" and "PRICE factor of this bike wins as compared to all bikes around btw 200-300cc. As such compared to any KTM'S,BAJAJ,TVS,HONDA etc .....
