This is one of the most bizarre setups I've ever seen, rack snare? an aux snare, offset kick drum, wonky ankled cymbals, but good lord it works for this dude his playing insanely tasty. New fan here

don't forget top hi-hat cymbal smaller than the bottom

I guess he's a lefty. Looks like it's actually an advantage.

looks very comfortable from the top view. without the bass drum in the way, he can lower his first rack tom, making it easier to lower his left hand ride. makes ya think, in a good way.

@@musshwins412 It is a very cool setup. Reminds me a bit of Harry Miree that has this crazy setup where he uses a remote hi-hat stand to move the hats to the right and "switches" pedals on the floor to be able to play open handed and still use right hand on hats and ride.

@@johnohod he does instructional vids, right? I think I have watched a couple of his vids. im left handed and right footed, but my teacher taught me to play right handed. so 37 years later, Mr. Kennedy has inspired me to try to play how I naturally wanted to. im finding the the ghost notes the hardest to re-learn with my right hand. l have lowered my hats and moved my ride to the left. im using a 18" bass drum with this set up, so I can keep my rack tom low, for the ride. if anything, it is making my left hand much stronger. anyways,...….. back to the shed.

Jorr ehh they are kind of produced or over instrumented I feel. Like I’d rather just hear the drummer kind of. For a “Zildjian” video I mean.

Jorr yah I mean obviously these are world class musicians, it would be cool to have both an isolated drum track and these vids I guess
