As many of you know I took a few months off because of my mental health but I’m back now. Depression is no joke so many people suffer in silence including me up until last year when I started opening up about it. If you know someone who’s going through it be there for them, show them that you care and that they aren’t alone sometimes just having a conversation with someone when they’re feeling down can mean the world.
