single full length zm. bt curved so the foreft bit is practically bottom loaded while the heel part curves up to appear top loaded.

they do, but it makes the shoe a bit clunky, fatter...than zion.... I feel like using the Zion 4 midsole on GT cut 2 feels compatible but not the other way round....

Oh yeah, pulled a bit of a dormamu...i came to bargain... there.... by accident... The 4s are easily the best Zion ever.... also, the fit is not crazy narrow like the 3s...

The best thing is to not be balling for a while, and let your achiles recover! But if you plan to do some light hooping, get shoes with elevated heels, not the ones with sinking heel and an elevated forefoot . Avoid models like ja 1, nxxt gen, zion 4 even.... traeyoung 3, dame 9... would be better
