作曲者の佐橋さん、オーケストレーションが素晴らしい。「みらい戦闘」ではアルトサックスをオケに使用しているのも、すごく珍しい。サックスほどオケにマッチさせ難い楽器も少ないですよ。このサックスの演奏も、上手にオケに載せてるのは相当演奏が出来る証拠。サックスはビブラートを上に掛けないといけないしね。

This OST give me shivers of memories and epicenes that is Zipang. Why can't it get a 2nd season! This is the only real series I'm truly waiting for a 2nd season even if I know it most likely won't happen.... I may not put it as the best series I've seen but it has earned a special place in my heart.

idk but for me gate was underwhelming compared to Zipang even though I watched Gate first. Also the reason why I like Zipang more is coz the ending is so sad. Wish it got animated.

One of my favorite time travel anime’s! If you like this anime you should watch The Final Countdown it is an old movie (1980s) but still a good one. The story is the pretty much the same deal except from the Americans point of view aka American ship travels in time to Ww2 era.
