No need for two snatch blocks. The one closer to the end of the bed was fine

The second snatch block centers the winch on the drum, Doesn't matter much if you use the whole chain on the end block, but if you put all of the chains in the hole to get the block much tighter in the corner of the bed then the 2nd block helps a ton if you have steel wire rope.
