As I got older every boat got bigger and bigger and bigger, maintenance and gas a pain even though I can afford it I felt like a dummy. I wasn't having fun boating anymore. I realized I needed to get more of a feel for the water. I got rid of my viking, bought a ford f250 and a 210 montauk. I'm now having fun again us going to inland lakes and large inland lakes in other states. I'm having alot of fun again.

Awesome to hear the monetizing is fixed. I moved from Newport Beach Harbor where I had my boats stored. Once I got up to Oregon I had anxiety from being so far from the ocean the sunny weather and all the cool boats. On average I try to spend at least 100 days a year on the water. It’s been years now since the move and I still miss cruising the harbor and taking trips to Catalina Island and all the great coves to anchor up. Your channel filled the void and helps me relax. Plus I keep up on some nice boats too. 👍🏻 Thanks for all the great videos! Keep going!!

@@rx7dude2006 There's a few of both around but it's slim pickings in Washington. I'm from socal been in WA. for 7 years, the fishing is way better there even California's central coat has better fishing the smallest king salmon I've caught down there was 23#, way more species to fish for year round plus the offshore fishing can be epic. This place is a joke I live on an island in the Puget sound and fish a ton and it's a lot of fishing for 1 fish the short shotgun seasons for bottom fish, 1 little ling cod for 45 days per year lol. Charters are crazy expensive they want 250.00 to 600.00 to fish bottom fish. You can jump on a party boat in California for 65-75.00 and catch all the rockfish you want plus a shot at halibut, white seabass, and yellowtail. I literally have close to 50k in boat and gear and I question every day why I spent so much money. You have to be retired or take the whole summer off and be willing to tow the boat all over the damn place up here to get on the fish. I've never burnt so much fuel fishing then up here. When I can I will sell my house and property and relocate to a state with more fishing opportunity or just get out of fishing all together like a lot of people are doing here. Plus the state still lets commercials long line, gillnet and siene in a relatively small area. I used to work on a longline boat when I was going to school it's very destructive.

yes, no speed limit in the inlet, the no wake /slow speed zone starts at the bridge when headed in. it is a little nutty here, but there is rarely an accident or even a close call, i have been filming there and making these videos for over 5 years, and I've never seen a problem. the worst that ever happens is a pwc rider falls off then swims over and gets back on, or a kayaker needs some help with the current and the police come pick them up and bring them to calm areas.

@@ZipZapPower it's 112 and 116 today in France, you would probably like the entry of CapBreton on Atlantic coast of France, was there last week but sadly no big waves : kzbin.info/www/bejne/l2nIpaaNqr2rj9U
