They’re all fun bro! I have a C7 Z06 in manual, but I’d take any of them… personally, I like Chevy the best because I think the Z06 and ZL1 are so well rounded. They’re not the fastest on the drag or the track but they’re still neck and neck to it. Also, the fact that they have manual transmission option and in the Z06/ZR1 case can have the hard top targa as well. I think the GT500 sounds whicked though. Personally my list goes, Chevy, Ford, Dodge. I think the hellcats and the viper are cool but wouldn’t be my first choice. Even the iconic viper YES ITS SUPER SWEET. Large V10 etc but I still the ZL1, ZR1/Z06 outclass it in terms of driving comfort paired with better straight line performance and neck and neck track performance. The V8s sound better I think too. AND YES I SAID IT. The times have been proven and the corvette cs viper matchup easily depends on the track but they’re very even on most treacle with some exceptions.

the zl1 is advertised as having 650 hp, yes very true. BUT all manufacturers advertise hp at the engine , not the wheels. They are not putting the vehicle on a dyno and getting wheel horsepower. They simply test the engines before putting them into the car. Just google drivetrain loss

Ya people don't understand there's usually a 10-15% drive train loss buy the time it's to the wheels so if it's 650 crank hp it's about 550whp and a gt500 is 760 crank it's putting down 650whp and the gt500 is about 4100 lbs without people so closer to 4400lbs or more in this vid and the camaro is about 3600lbs without people and probably 3800 on this vid so ya it makes sense to me

If you only making 610 sounds like you could use a pulley upgrade that should set u around 680 with the tune

That Camaro is a tad underrated. Both vehicles weigh 4,100 to 4,200 lbs. The GT500 is up 110 hp yet it’s beaten by a vehicle with an intake, headers, and a tune? I have seen boosted vehicles pick up as much as 50 hp with quality headers, but what accounts for the other 100 hp? What are you going to gain from an intake? 10 to 15 more hp? A good pump gas tune.. maybe 20 to 30 hp. Something is missing from the equation. Fuel type?
