Could someone explain to me why coring under 10 months avoids rebels?

I explained it in the first part of the series. Rebels cannot proceed more than 10% a month, so they need minimum of 10 months to proceed. If you core everything in 9 months and have strong unrest modofiers then you'll not have any rebels as after 9 months there will be no unrest left

I've gotten within range of world conquests before, but I quit in the late 1600s/1700s. Maybe the trick is to not let it get that late.

I'm just jealous that you have strong nerves to do this WC, I can't even deal with the rebels, while I'm over 100% overextansion. I see 100k rebels spreading across my country, I just leave the game. it's so annoying...

The strategy I used here equaled absolutely no rebels past 1550 (when with 75% ccc I could core anything in less than 10 months)

yeah, I see that. But the problem is that I can't even play as efficient as you are. I just play as newbie-average player and get really exited playing as horde in the start and just several wars later I get kicked in the teeth by rebels and after I deal with them I lose all horde unity and then I don't want to continue. So, just need to be more patient
