FGS Pressure-Cooker... Puts the pressure on..while you cook at @ 250% heat. Think you can make a low emit plant work in that thing? All of my Fed ships run G4 or G5 low emit plants with power overhead to spare. Granted I run mostly kinetic dedicated builds.

Eng is waaay faster since 3.2. Gathering the mats and modding your core modules are the most time consuming. Assuming that you have all of your Engs unlocked, the appropriate blueprints bookmarked, and buying all of your ships and modules in Diaguandri (20% discount), in most cases, you really only need to pull your ships to Shinrarta Dezhra (senors/LS/SCBs), to Kuk (armor/hrp's), and lastly Deciat (plant/fsd). All that you really want to do at any given Eng is to apply whatever special fx to your modules, while actually upgrading them via the saved blueprints, remotely. I have a nearly fully Eng fleet of @ 40 ships. I can usually mod any new purchases to fully eng within about 120ly of Shinrarta, in about 20-40hrs of playtime (most of that gathering mats or waiting for ship/module tx). If you dont already, I would also advise buying a dedicated Anaconda just for gathering mats and trucking modules around for the more secular modifications. The Shock Cannons....the Guardian grind is just ass-butter, no matter how you slice it. Id go for the FSD Boosters b4 the Shock Cannons, personally.
