For your next attempt at crashing a server, maybe a s**t ton of nether gates would work? Just load up on obsidian then run around slapping gates all over the place, I don't play minecraft so I don't know how effective that would be but as a hobbyist programmer I can see how it might create too many external references and force the server to load more than it can handle Also try putting them by the ender gate too.

You need to enter the portal in order for the server to load anything and create references. Entering a nether portal takes 4 seconds + the time to generate terrain (a few seconds). Building portals is also kinda slow unless you use blatant hacks that literally place the portal for you.

Only saying this in defence to advancius because i play on it dirst off all gamemodes are accesible and there is no advantage that you wouldnt be able to get that is not cosmetic ex name colour change or chat colour while you do progress quicker by paying for a rank or keys most stuff you get from ranks are obtainable (besides cosmetics) are mainly stuff like extra (private vaults aka pvs) or being able to have a higher limit of /homes and with pvs the are basicly e chests that have the space of a double chest anyone in need of more questions about advancius feel free to ask me EDIT:there's a difference between having ranks for just money and to keep the server up

My suggestion before determining wether or not a server is ACTUALLY P2W is to look through what you actually get fro what you pay for, Advancius is NOT a P2W server, and if you had looked through what the ranks and crate keys actually give you you’d notice that theres maybe two to three non cosmetic changes that comes with said ranks (kits, /fly) A server is only P2W if you can buy progress, advantages, in game currency (thats not cosmetic), and advantageous commands (/feed and /fly are kinda borderline on p2w, but arent really) Just because a server sells ranks and crate keys doesnt mean theyre p2w, its more about what said purchases give you as a player

Advancius might have stuff on its stores, but the ranks barely do anything besides give access to cosmetic features, same thing with the crate keys. Plus, you get crate keys every day, week, and month. I've been playing on it for a few months without a rank and it's actually a pretty fun server. It actually has a great community that is highly against P2W and is very tight-knit. If I ever thought it was P2W, I would have never played on it more than 5 minutes. However, you can pretty much do everything without a rank, and even some of the top players have never paid a cent.

The fact that they jailed you for over a year and then shut the server down despite the fact that you were following their server rules just goes to show that either the owners of the server doesn't know how to run a server properly (or ethically due to the whole P2W aspect) clearly proves not only that the server shouldn't exist (since it's safe to assume that getting banned on said server is pretty easy) not to mention P2W aspects in servers like that is against the ToS of MC.
