Tyler, I am just getting started with Zoho CRM. You videos are an excellent intro to help me learn. In a customization video of yours I removed some "unnecessary" items on the top blue bar. One may have been "analytics" which I see on this video. Can you let me know how to add back Analytics? I will try to find the other video which may show me how to add analytics back. thank you Tyler

My view is missing "Created Time"... how can I make it display that field?

Hi Alessandros, The Created Time should be appearing in the Grouping dropdown. If you want to create a post on club.zenatta.com with some screenshots, we might be able to better help you troubleshoot!

Hi Durgesh Suryawanshi, The dashboard components in Zoho CRM can only group by one dimension. For more advanced reporting capabilities, we recommend Zoho Analytics.
