Hey good video however as you'll know as a HR professional, training is only as good as that completed and learnt. Is there any tool to assess their learning and save against their record?

Within Zoho, you should be able to attach the assessment results to their ZohoPeople profile. Were you asking about an alternate software product that is a dedicated LMS?

Four Seasons Golfer yes, the assessments can be in the form of a link or a document for both blended and self paced courses within the LMS. Once it has her scored the instructor can attach the scores to the students profile.
