I have been working with small businesses most of my adult life as a professional accountant in Canada. I've had clients lucky enough to approach unicorn status on two occasions. The situation in Canada is similar to what it is in India. Most businesses here are tiny. I feel incredibly annoyed by business schools and management consultants that claim the ability to reverse engineer the prerequisites for a successful business. Studying successful entrepreneurs and developing theories about why they were successful is easy. It's impossible to predict who will scale exponentially when they start. Mr. Vembu nailed it!

In my initial days I used to think I should get job in google zoho Microsoft and on doing my degree my dream changed from being an employee to an entrepreneur and now to an employer.... Business is a lesson which only in real world we can learn it by doing mistakes. Thought of leaving my dream many a time but still the next day I used to start with it totally forgetting every thought of leaving my dream yesterday...... I fully agreewith this idea. It is better to go with small industries to lo do the learning.At the end of this learning , if your learning is correct industries search you out.and put you inthe right place. At the retiring end you still find that there is more,if you are physicslly alright, there is muchmre that you csn contribute for research. So keep gping until you are put to RIP.. all the best from a person with 55 years of serving in private unorganised sector.

Being a Practicing Chartered Accountant, I had never used any Zoho Products and felt QuickBooks is better then Zoho. I have taken a trail and the customer support is also great and software at par with any other foreign softwares. I am sure now that I will use Zoho for every business and promote it to the best extent possible. Thank you Sridhar Sir for all your efforts.
