A few suggestions for the game: Name the zombies, so when the players are killed, you get a special death message. Give the zombies leather boots to prevent freeze damage if they get stuck in powder snow for too long. Health potions will damage undead mobs, so you want to be careful with them. Other than that, the game is awesome! It uses cool mechanics and is very silly and fun to watch.

We didn't see any one get it but I would assume the health potion is a single one you drink. Not splash.

Another solution to the heath could be regeneration, as undead mobs are unaffected by it.

I mean, diamonds were never truly that rare. The biggest difference between adding more diamonds to the economy was Hermits willing to mine it. 1.17 has made diamonds less rare, but overal harder to get(more lava to deal with, lower chunks thus more mobs spawning etc), by the time 1.18 drops, diamonds might become even more common as the only difference between being rich and being poor will be 1 mining machine. It wont be long untill hermits start trading in netherite or create an economy around things like derpcoin.

What if you put Witches in the boats instead? If you rename them, they won’t de-spawn and because they drink health potions, they won’t die too much. While the player is in the boat they can’t be hit by the splash potions that fly over their heads. Now you can make Minecraft Battleship.

@@Coren024 What I thought, though that causes another problem in that you can't move and drink a potion. So you'd be a sitting duck for even longer. Making the health potion a really risky thing to try for.

For the minigame, I would add another entrance so there could be 4 or more players at a time in the arena, that might make the game more chaotic and fun to livestream

Unfortunately such a game would end when one player dies. It could be made, by each player having a "target" (the player the zombie is aggro at) but it would end there. It could be fun nonetheless tho

A little grim, but you could use a villager/zombie breeding system to keep a supply on hand. We had good proof on concept from Scar accidentally earlier this season.

For Bumper Boats: add 2 more empty boats, have 2 teams of two people. One person takes an invisibility potion and gets in the zombie boat and one gets in the empty boat, and they have to try to kill the other teams single person in a boat &vice versa. Love your videos/streams tango!

In the horse track you get crossbows with arrows, you can use the slowness to shoot other horses, the arrows are in droppers so they wont shoot but drop as items

I agree with erryone: zombie names (Big butt, small butt, stinky butt, are suggestions) See if IDimpy bars (I know its competition...but dey da candy shop shtuffs) would like to do concessions. Maybe, give some "worthless", Carnival only, tokens to winners to trade in for candy an stuff?? Stuffed Fifi ogres. Big Iron "Trinkets" (iron nuggets, fresh from de mines. a throwback to those polished rocks ya can get at cave tours). Sooo much happy in my heart from just the minigame as is Tango. Thank you!

You could use splash harming potions as a rare replacement for the healing one. I’m pretty sure that harming pots will actually heal zombies (tho you should probably test it) so it can give the player an edge up

5:15 Fun fact: 100% iron without any additives is actually terrible! But you need the right additives. That's why most of the iron we use nowadays goes into steel alloys, even cast iron cookware needs some amount of carbon. In Minecraft, let's just say the carbon comes from whatever fueled the furnace.

You’d have to have individualized zombies, with one for each hermit, then. Zombies won’t drop items they hold unless they get something better or are killed, so if a player gave their zombie a sword, everyone else who used that boat after them would have their zombie use a sword too.

Very cool minigame! One suggestion: Add some horizontal pistons around the edge of the arena, which fire off either at random or in sequence. These will propel the boats and players, and hopefully make things more interesting.

I’d love to see Pearl, Cleo, and Zedaph in the tent for zombie bumper boats. I think they would all have fun with it, have good group chemistry, and we haven’t seen them together in a group yet!

The more I think about it the more I like the idea that Fifi’s cave should be a comfortable place to live. Everything should be to Fifi’s scale. I don’t like the lava floor as it has been done before. I think a collection of giant flagstones would be better. A giant bubbling cauldron with a ladle hanging from the wall. Even a tea towel with a floral pattern on it. Fifi has taste. A comfy nest bed in the back. More a rough hobbit hole than a pit of boring lava. Course but intelligent. There is so much possibility.

If you want to stick with a carnival theme for minigames you could make a lava dunk tank! The hermit shooting at the target gets limited number of shots to try and sink another hermit into the lava!

For a reset at the end of a game, you should be able to move the floor with pistons to create barriers, and use water dispensers to push the boats back to the start

More ambitious minigame idea: actual waves of zombie survival like Call of Duty, including perks, random weapon box, even an easter egg. It's a huge project but I bet you could pull it off where it's fun and continues to be fun the more you play and get better.
