Yeah. I should have done some more testing at higher pressures up where the power curve of the gun is. I was way under-filling it at like 3500-3800 PSI. Should have had it to AT LEAST 4500psi.

It's pretty simple. Just insert the probe until it stops, and don't apply any pressure beyond that. Then turn your pump on.

Very nice video, but having someone standing forwards of the gun during the chrony tests... It's an airgun that compares to a .22LR, not an airsoft gun! You can get killed by that thing, please apply basic gun safety.

Great show. So far I have not been able to find anyone who has done this test probably because no one has done it so if you decided to do this test you would probably be the first. What I would like to see is a test at 100 yards with the HPSS using a 22, 25, 30 and 35 cal in terms of not just accuracy but penetrating power. Also, at one point does penetrating power drop off with each of the calibers mentioned above. This would be an excellent test for target shooters and if you are a hunter it would give you an idea in terms what distance you can safely kill larger animals like a hog or dear without the worry of hitting the animal and making it suffer by wounding it. You could also do the same test over again with different types of ammunition manufacturers. It’s counterintuitive, but someone tested a 25 and a 30 caliber air rifle same distance (20 yards) the same settings of 70 foot pounds and the 25 cal had about 30% more penetrating power and with wood and ballistic gel and pork loin. The damage of the 25 cal was equal to 30 cal. I think this would draw a lot of interest by viewers. Let me know what you think.

I was thinking the same thing. These guys are supposed to be experts too. He had no reason to be there except maybe to hear the difference and maybe it was just an illusion and from our perspective it looked worse than it actually was. BUT that's still really bad looking when it comes down to promoting firearm safety and making videos showing their use.
