We had one of our cats get loose, the idiot spent 36 hours hiding from us, then 48 hours and 3k in ER vet bills after he drank swamp salt water while being 200 yards from cat heaven… he’s now back to bullying all the other critters and biting the hell out of my wife when she smooches him. worst cat that’s ever catted

Laid on a bed of reeds like baby moses, sipping bacteria water for as long as possible before meowing, in lowercase, as my wife and I wandered by for the 400th time. THEN PROCEEDED TO REFUSE TO DRINK OR EAT BECAUSE HE WAS SUPER GASSY, PAINT THE WALLS, and hide in his favorite shoebox or laundry hamper during his 7 days of 2x a day antibiotics. Free to mediocre home: 1 Bitey, scratchy, temperamental, Orange, Fluffy, Pretty, Satan.

Chalk on a pool cue gives it grip, like how you put chalk on before you do a gymnast’s bar or whatever it’s called! It helps prevent the ball from just glancing off the cue.

The chalk for the pool cue is to increase friction so that ur cue doesnt slide off the ball when u hit it n u can have more control over the spin of the ball. Also, I feel like u shpuld join Jevin's group, NoPOE if u haven't alrdy. U sound like u wanna mess with the POE n that is their main goal n chaos is always more fun with friends :3

I must say, I've been watching you for quite a while. Since season two, actually. I have always been amazed by your creativity in this game. You've always had such life and story to your builds. The museum in S2, with Cthulu in the basement, the Hermitcraft newsletter, precursor to the Hermitcraft Craft Recap. Carol was always such a hard worker. And a very nood Shawn (Shaun) the sheep. Season 3 in the amplified world, the omega temple for with the beautiful gold dragon! I can go on and on, but I just want to thank you. For the years of entertainment and introducing me to Hermitcraft and the new friends I have made along the way. Thanks, Cleo.

The cue tip is a small piece of felt, which protects the ceramic balls from chipping when the end of the cue stick bangs into it. In its natural unchalked state, felt is going to be quite slippery...which doesn't matter all that much if you're hitting the ball dead-center but it sort of ruins any ability to do trick shots. The chalk adds that tiniest amount of grip so the cue tip doesn't just skitter along the rounded surface of the ball.

Chalking the cue helps the stick contact the ball better when hitting it instead of it gripping/slipping off the ball in unpredictable ways. Similar to gymnasts chalking their hands!

Since you can change the sizes of items now could endrods or lighting rods be bottles or glasses, an upside down endrod might make a good cup with a lid if the need ever arises. (Using the sinking into a surface technique)

flare ups are the worst. I hate when they come from being sick too, because it always means things get compounded way worse than they do with normal flare ups. I was sick for a week, had a week of flare while recovering from having been sick, then had a few day of migraines. Glad you're feeling better enough to post! Hope you're doing well.

Always amazed at all the intricate details cleo manages to add in their armour stand work. Loving the proud mum/teacher vibe also when they see the other hermits creating armour stand scenes. The chalk on the pool stick will help increase friction. Most tips are made of wood or metal which can be slick and the chalk allows for more friction. Which makes it easier to control.

I think Doc would be happy to know that English is a largely germanic-inspired language. It also draws a bit from old Nordic speech (from when the vikings were raiding... well, everywhere), and then started stealing a bunch of stuff from the French around the Norman conquests. It wasn't until the 1600s that Great Britain began spreading the language.
