Necro here. The Utopia was put in D because one single monster won't kill it and detatching Master might be relevant. Also because of Creature Swap. I did Bottomless on the Leviair because I highly value Lance in this matchup if I can get to Revived King or Thunder King (I side one copy of that). The Bottomless saved me damage and let me keep both Master and Lance. Game 3 I could have gone for game and decided to just attack over his stuff, which I felt will win the game, and made the inconsequential decision to still attack directly. The match was lost due to inexperience in the matchup, I gave game 1 away by attacking into witch, giving him Jumper, and game 3 I wasn't aware of the Fusion. It's a big reason why I don't recommend anyone to play this in a tournament setting as the deck requires a tremendous amount of experience.

Correct me if Im wrong but does debunk still negate mezuki even if it banishes itself for cost? I know it activates in grave but just want to understand what is going on. Not 100% familiar with debunk.

It will negate Mezuki. Debunk just requires the monster to be in the same location to banish the card, but it will negate the effect regardless. If Debunk is used to negate Effect Veiler, it will still negate Veiler, but Veiler will remain in the GY rather than be banished.
