I'd love to see a demo of playing an ambient style. Like something church bands do for worship to ambient tones you get from bands like Periphery

Awesome video, finally someone with a bit of organization. Is there any way to get the particle reverb on the newer G1 Four models? Those sound amazing or at least you made them sound beautiful.
@Tone-Quest4 жыл бұрын
Thanks and interesting point. I guess I never noticed that the Particle Reverb was not on the G1 Four models. To my knowledge there is no way to export an effect from one model (say the G3Xn) and import it into another model (the G1 Four). That would be sweet if you could. I ponder if the G1 Four just doesn't have enough horse power to run that type reverb, so they left that effect out of the G1 Four???

I bought it recently,is it suitable for my Steel guitar which needs a Good REVERB with depth

I would think it can handle that job without many issues.

@@Tone-Quest Thanks for your response sir...I'm little confused ( though on the manual it says there are few in built patches having Reverb effects) as play Hawaiian Guitar that needs Clean Sounds with Reverb not distorted over drive much

@@biswajitbandyopadhyay3601 I looked at the Zoom G3Xn manual and the patch list PDF for the Zoom G3Xn but I didn't see anything about a Hawaiian Guitar patch. Can you be more specific about where you are seeing this? And can you elaborate on what the confusing part is. Is it that there is no Hawaiian Guitar patch?

Could I use this pedal to get some shoegaze-y effects and patches? (Particularly MBV and Slowdive)

I would say yes, there are lots of effects (68) and amp models, so I would imagine you could craft almost any style.

hi im looking to buy this multi effect but do u recommend it for this price
@Tone-Quest5 жыл бұрын
I think for the price, this is a very solid pedal but I would also say that the design was built with playing live in mind. It has a lot of features and functionality where you have a lot of control with your feet. If you are just a bedroom player or get together with friends to jam occasionally, I would consider the Zoom G1X FOUR. It is a little more straight forward, doesn't have as many bells and whistles but the price is a lot lower ($99 in the US) and it has the same engine as the Zoom G3Xn, thus they should sound the same. My favorite multi-effects pedal at the moment is the Mooer GE200. In the US it normally sells for $299 new. Great pedal. Good luck.

Pls help me sir Thanks

Just a little confused by your statement "I don't know how to save my looper sound in to patches". Is the question about the looper or really just how to create a patch and save it? I'm will to try and help but just want to make sure I'm answering the right question.
@Tone-Quest5 жыл бұрын
If it is about saving a patch, are you using talking about saving it form the hardware device only or using the software on your PC?
@Tone-Quest5 жыл бұрын
For saving a patch (refer to Page 19 & 20) in the G3Xn Manual 1. Press Menu Button to open a MENU screen 2. Turn (Push to Enter) Knob to select "SAVE". 3. Press the (Push to Enter) knob to open the SAVE screen. 4. Turn the (Push to Enter) knob to select where the patch will be saved. 5. Press the (Push to Enter) knob to confirm where the patch will be saved. 6. Turn the (Push to Enter) knob to select "Yes" 7. Press the (Push to Enter) knob to save the patch. Hope that helps.

Selva Kumar You want to save to loop you created on the patch so you can play it again later? If so, I don’t think that is possibly. I’ll look into it closer but I’m pretty sure, that can’t be done.

Hi Chris! Does the G3Xn include a shimmer reverb built in (similar to the shimmer reverb in the MS 50G pedal which came a couple of years earlier)? If not do you reckon if this particular effect is downloadable via Zoom's Guitar Lab? Many thanks! @Chris Benton
@Tone-Quest5 жыл бұрын
The G3Xn doesn't come with a dedicated or named shimmer effect but it does comes with ParticleR Reverb, which is a ambient, shimmer like effect but if you want the more traditional shimmer effect, you can achieve it by using PitchDly + HDHall effects. You can see an exmaple of this on a video I did with the Zoom G1on. kzbin.info/www/bejne/f2axeXyOeKh-j7M Or maybe you could even combine the PitchDly + ParticleR effects.
