I use SnagIt software to record the video.

The biggest advantage of Zoom is that it is possible to record the sound of each participant on a separate track. So you can remove noise and other problems at the editing stage. No other program allows you to do this.

I believe Riverside.fm allows this as well? But it's not as smooth as Zoom...
