Rather than meditatING, meditatION can happen, by itself. Within that, samadhi can happen, which is like being aware of deep sleep. Within that, falling away of awareness can happen. Which isn't 'known', but it seems to coincide with the obvious-switch and the apparently-switch being flipped.

Except for the clothing and the rudimental language, what makes you think you are not a guru? You are giving knowledge, sometimes more accurately sometimes less, about the abandoning/falsification of karma (meaning action), which is the reflection of the absence/falsification of a separate entity (the knower, doer, experiencer).

Maar wie creëert dan de droom. ? Als alles leegte is, waar ik me bewust van ben , en die zogenaamde ik en de buiten wereld een illusie is. Wie creëert dan de buitenwereld.? En waarom. ? Wat voor doel heeft het . ? Ik ben al dood voordat ik dood ga, dat was wel even schrikken. Ik kwam tot de ontdekking dat ik was opgelost ( huilen, dus al die tijd heb ik voorniets geleden ) ik dacht ik word gek , omdat je er achter komt dat je niet bestaat , er niets bestaat.. het zijn alleen gedachten. Hi Andreas. Just a question - you talk about the body as something that is somewhat different from how you talk about the self, but we know that the body isn't stable or separate either and is constantly changing and interacting with its surroundings. Couldn't we then either say that the body also doesn't exist/isn't real, or redefine the self as a non-autonomous and non-separate thing in constant flux? Both words being useful for the purpose of everyday speech but with no independent reality? Or is the body on an entirely different level of reality?

Oh yes, there is no body as such. Or rather: The body, too, is what apparently happens. It is not "another thing" that exists ...

I am not sure about this. My impression is that there are many people out there suffering more than I did (for example) and they just go on seeking.

Hi Andreas thank you for posting those videos 👍, I heard you before say “ This is a story” when you talk about something that happened , and other time you said that every word or thought is a story. Can you please explain why you sometimes use the phrase “this is a story” if every word/thought is a story ?

I always end up thinking that there is nothing the me can do because does not exist already so the idea of “ I can go on seeking” it is not even from the me? …so NO ONE takes that decision or any other one but is only what happens in consequence since there is nothing that the me decides ,the idea of deciding anything it is also whole and complete….consequently there is nothing to do or not, it remains only to ….let life happen as it does without question or judging….?….😮😅😂

If the sense of being real comes from an illusion, where does the sense of the sense of reality being an illusion come from? How is it concluded that what feels real is not real and that a concept is what is real? Seems possible to be aware of being aware. Seems impossible to say I am aware there is no awareness. ....I am going to say over and over and over again to no one that there is no I. When there is an understanding that there is no i its just naturally happens that no i clarifies over and over again that there is no i. It's kind of like how my dad died, but he is out walking around every day telling anyone that will listen, that he is dead.
